The Omnium Universe Complex provides tools to serve that purpose and create an environment in which we interact with and experience the realities we dream of: a reality that would be free of physical, mental, emotional blocks and imbalances - a reality based on higher awareness, a truly evolved consciousness and a profound experience of altruism and universal oneness. The Omnium Universe Complex project is a consciousness-based lifestyle and creation in which all aspects - architecture, energy, programs, farming, entertainment and daily operations to the management and support personnel - are focused on raising human consciousness to the next level of evolution.

EXISTING & POTENTIAL MARKETS:

In addition to the steady flow of local and tourist traffic to the area, proper marketing for such a unique project can easily make this site a travel destination for both national and international travelers. Visitors can now combine their journeys to the national parks with new and exciting experiences of futuristic and cosmic adventures.

COMPARABLE ANALYSIS:

Not only is The Luminous City a unique concept in immersive entertainment in the country and the world, but it can also become a prototype for the next lifestyle and form of “edu-tainment” (education + entertainment) centers that offer state-of-the-art futuristic and virtual immersive experiences combined with deeper meaning and higher consciousness education.  

THE OVERALL DESIGN:

The Luminous City's suggested site is adjacent to National Parks, offering spectacular and unobstructed views of Zion’s most iconic formation – the West Temple. The site inspires instant awe and utter serenity. The suggested architecture will be based on sacred geometry blended perfectly within the natural landscape and the pristine surroundings. The land will be evenly and elegantly designed into organic vertical farming, permaculture gardens and forests maintained by new sustainable energy solutions for water-from-air extraction, irrigation and distribution. The common area and buildings, while boasting a futuristic design, remain natural and organic due to the materials being used: mostly natural rock, silica and quartz.

THE VISITORS' EXPERIENCE:

The visitors will feel that they have stepped into the future as they enter the site. Each building structure is designed and created with the purpose of providing a virtual experience of a futuristic world. Holographic computers, experiential immersive and interactive features, hands-on experimentation, self-directed discovery, virtual games and simulations, sensory-based learning and virtual interactions are the key components that create this overall feeling of having landed into a new reality. The visitors will experience a new world that is so evolved, so high tech and so “cool” yet beautifully nurturing and supportive of the human spirit and human consciousness expansion.

THE SITE:

400 acres of land surrounded mostly by BLM land and a few farms are the site of this project. The actual building structures will be spread over approximately 50 acres allowing the rest of the land to be dedicated to self-sustained housing, vertical farming organic and selected areas for reflection, meditation and night star gazing.

SUSTAINABILITY:

The site will be 100% off the grid utilizing Mint technologies of renewable energy. Additionally, research and development of new forms of renewable energy will be the base of the New Science and Education Center. This system will be part of the basic structure and architecture of the complex, thus providing an operational example to the world for its diversity, functionality and various applications.  

COMMON BUILDINGS:

World-renowned architectural firms focused on bioarchitecture would be appropriate for such a project. The overall buildings will be about 150,000sft. The net usable space is projected to be about 107,000 net sft as follows: 

1. Lobby: 10,000 sft
2. The Galactic Spa: 33,000 sft
3. The Media Dome: 7,000 sft (333 seats)
4. The Broadcast Center: 33,000 sft
5. The Education Center Auditurium: 7,000 sft
6. Organic Café: 7,000 sft
7. Satellite study booths: 10,000 sft

The buildings consist of 3 main structures with annex sub-structures and areas:

1. The Learning Auditorium & Libraries:

The Learning building is a spectacular auditorium with a massive glass-like screen onto which the information is displayed through holographic imaging. This area is once again a new paradigm in the area of education as the student learns the data by maintaining their focus on certain areas of the brain (pineal gland) and absorbing the data through a resonance process. This trains the student to “read” entire books and other information in a matter of minutes. A special form of lighting is also present in the room that helps relax and open the learning regions of the brain to facilitate the process. The educational programs also include focus and concentration exercises and tapping into higher creativity programs.
There are sub-chambers situated around the auditorium for additional training and selected research programs. This area will also house our research center on Consciousness and new forms of energy production and sustainability. 2. The Ultimate Galactic Spa:

This is a new paradigm in holistic health and wellbeing. The visitors will step instantly into the future as they enter this dome filled with holographic imagery and experiential immersive stations. Here, they can explore the relationship between the micro and the macro, between the physical body, the human cells and the planet, the solar system, the galaxy and the universe through hands-on experimentation, self-directed discovery, and sensory-based virtual interactions. Through these experiences, an organic calibration of the body systems occurs through vocal analysis technology. which captures the current energetic body of the biofield as well as the state of consciousness of the person. The interface then raises the vibrational field of the individual and in turn stabilizes their emotional state and cellular functioning, promoting instant wellbeing and enhancing higher creativity. This building will also offer regular meditation and mind quieting programs and experiences.

3. The Media Dome:

The Media Dome is a 360-degree shaped structure, consisting of a media center for music and entertainment purposes. The originally composed music, films and animated graphics are based on specific mathematical principles and cound-converted-to-light frequencies that are naturally harmonious to the human emotional and energetic biofield. The uniqueness of this form of media production is its potential to enhance the senses and to allow full brain absorption of the visual and auditory data. This process occurs naturally as the images and sounds created are maintained at a certain vibrational frequency while being projected onto a 360° screen with a full 7.1 surround sound experience. The dome is also used for cosmic exploration programs through a state-of-the-art telescopic technology that will be integrated within the glass dome structure. 

    

4. The Broadcast Dome:

This is an impressive area and platform for witnessing and exploring “news” and communications from around the world and beyond the planetary boundary. Here, the visitor can observe worldwide communications through open source, fiber optic and Web3 technology. In an instant, a conversation and virtual connection can be established with a person in Africa or India maintaining full transparency of the communication. Here also, the visitor will learn to create codes and decode signals coming from outer space (called the galactic signal activation) and attempt to communicate with life on other planets and solar systems. Very cool!

5. The Organic Café:

Delicious organic meals are prepared allowing also for custom-made creations and experiences. The visitor has also the option to pick their own vegetable or food ingredients from the organic gardens and prepare their own meal on site using the utensils and the many organic menus suggested. The nutritional values and other pertinent data for each meal appear on an invisible scale that is integrated within the table. As the person eats one portion, the food intake within the cells is visualized; the balance of energy consumption and that remaining from the meal are displayed. This allows the person to become aware of their food intake in real time, reevaluate their eating habits and to place cellular energy and food consumption into a new more evolved and responsible perspective.

ONSITE "BOXABLE" HOUSING:
Prefab house folds out to install, uses solar energy 25.6 kw/hr, graphene carbon-based battery subfloor, integrated heating and cooling, induction stove, solar lights, water from air integrated systems. Standard size 200ftx300ft ($18,000) which can be custom scaled to desired size.

THE COSMIC CHILDREN CENTER - The future of orphenage:

The vision is to house children from around the world who have special abilities or those whohave lost their parents or have been victim of abuse, trafficking and other crimes. At Luminous City, these children will find a home, a place to heal and more importantly a lifestyle to rebuild, enhance their skills and thrive in a healthy and higher consciousness environment. Most children today have innate extraordinary skills in intuitive sensitivity, advanced coginitive abilties and can become significant contributors to a future highly evolved society.

GOVERNANCE AND STAFFING:

• Omnium Universe Foundation, Inc, a non-profit 501(C)(3) institution, will fundraise for the capital project, operate revenue generation components, seek private support for operations and apply for grants from all potential funding sources.
• Staffing: The recommended staff complement includes 60 FTE personnel, supported by volunteers and interns.

ADMISSIONS AND OTHER REVENUE GENERATORS:

The model is to provide free admission to the core areas and charged admission for specific programs and services. From a revenue generation perspective the free admission core experiences will help to boost attendance levels to the site and expose visitors to the other available experiences and services. This will also help to demonstrate to funders that OUF needs financial support for operating costs.

The paid admissions to certain programs vary from $7 to $30.

Other revenue generators include the education center, media, entertainment and concert presentations, special tours and guided programs, memberships, rentals, and other earned sources.

OPERATING SCHEDULE:

A 6-day per week open schedule is projected to enable maintenance work to be conducted without incurring overtime charges. 2-3 evening openings per week are also assumed.

ATTENDANCE, REVENUES & PROJECTED EXPENSES:

The site is located adjacent to Zion National Park, which is the 8^th most visited national park in the US with over 3 million visitors per year. It is also located in close proximity to Kanab County and Monument Valley, which are historic and well renowned sites for many Hollywood movies. The site is also about a 1.5 hour drive from the breathtaking Bryce Canyon, which gets about 1 million visitors per year and a 3-4 hour drive from the Grand Canyon, which gets 5 million visitors per year.

We can therefore project attendance to be approximately 500,000 visitors in the opening year and be more or less sustained over the next few years due to the popularity and well renowned features and attractions of the region.

The total operating budget is estimated at about $7.0 million in Year 1, $7.1 million in Year 3 and $7.2 million in Year 5.

The revenue projections include $800,000 per year from a $30 million assumed to be in place at opening.
